Australian Tourism Exchange 08

Following on from national recognition for their design and staging of ATE 05, Corporate Theatre has recently completed ATE 08 staged in June.

Australian Tourism Exchange 2008 is the largest travel trade event in the Southern Hemisphere and showcases Australian tourism product to the world. Around 1700 Australian seller delegates from 630 companies meet over 600 key overseas buyer companies from 40 countries.

Working for clients Tourism Australia, Tourism Western Australia and Qantas Corporate Theatre was responsible for designing, staging and directing 11 major events within the seven day period of Australian Tourism Exchange 08.

The biggest of these events was a fully themed party for 2300 guests on South Perth foreshore. The 2500m² marquee featured three stages and live cooking. See the time-lapse footage here!
