Alice in Wonderland

Alice in Wonderland is a room theme based on the original fairy tale but brought to life for this occasion in larger than life fashion with some adult touches.

Guests enter the ballroom via an entrance made up of giant playing cards standing some 2.4m high and supported by an illuminated sign board welcoming guests.

Once inside the theme really comes to life. Out on stage the 3D giant Mad Hatters hat sits in front of a detailed English garden backdrop synonymous with the fairy tale. Down stage and set upon green lawn beautiful live topiary trees and hedges delineate the stage edge. Interspersed are bright oversized flowers and large red and white mushrooms.

Two large imitation trees flank the stage to make the stage appear as if set in a forest clearing.  To complete the room look colourful theatrical lighting in saturated colours brings the whole fairy tale scene to life.

All that is required now is the unexpected appearance of the roving white rabbit!
