Premier Colin Barnett at the Sundance Resources Memorial Services at the Perth Convention Centre, delivering the opening address for Geoff Wedlock, Don Lewis, John Jones and Craig Oliver who along with 7 others, lost its entire board in a plane crash in the Congo.

Perth event production company Corporate Theatre was recognised nationally at a glittering ceremony, attended by over 700 meeting professionals, held at the Melbourne Convention Centre as part of the Meetings Events Australia (MEA) annual conference. Competing against finalists from all other States, Corporate Theatre’s award recognised outstanding contribution in the creative and technical production arenas staging meetings, incentives, conventions and events.
